Emperor Dawn Community goal Bugged?

Just signed up for the 'Destroy the Emperors Dawn shadow cell' community mission in Dakshmandi but all the conflict zones are at ceasefire. Anyone know if this is deliberate or if this is a bug?

What does it mean that there's a ceasefire? You can't fight or attack other ships? I signed up for the mission in the Chin...something system, it works well. Can you sign up for all three systems at the same time? Do they count as three different CGs?

The last big Emperor Dawn CG that involved 3 systems did i fact allow you to sign up for each and each had its own rewards.

There used to be a bug that no one in a CZ was firing on one another. There was a "fix" where if you would pick a faction and fire on an enemy it would get the fight rolling. Some times it was a matter of jumping up and dropping down a few times before it would take off.

I could in fact sign up for all three. However as far as I can see only one of them made any progress despite dozens of players signing up for the others. Only the Ch'i Li system Works. I could fight there too. I haven't tried the others, just signed up.

I mean when you go to the function panel to select a side it just says ceasefire and you can't choose a side. Also the area was just full of Imperial navy ships and no Emperors dawn.

I went to a conflict zone and chose a side all the usual stuff.
Think I'm missing something here.
Where are the emperors dawn?

I'm going to search this system now.

It's because it just started. If you look at the progress bar there is a little sliver of orange.

Edit: Never mind. Furuta Orbital is showing 0 global progress with 48 contributors....weird.

Edit 2: Just visited every conflict zone in Ipilyqa, all of them are cease fire with no emperor's dawn flying around. Stick to Ch'i Lin for now I guess.

The Emperor's Dawn is an Imperial terrorist group. It grew from a few disaffected souls who felt the current Empire had strayed too far from its' founding ideals (whatever those were). There was a CG a while back to deliver exploration data so the Imperial intelligence services could track down Emperor's Dawn bases (how exploration data from someone going to Sag A helps find bases in Empire space is beyond me, but whatevs).
Then there was an Empire CG (much like now) to wage combat against them. After that ended a Federal CG appeared where the Emperor's Dawn had fled to perceived safe haven in Federal space. Hudson mobilized a large Federal Navy response (along with the player CG it entails) and dealt what everyone thought would be the final blow against the group.

And so here we are today.

Conflict zone you will find them

Beware a cmdr conda in a wing of 2 are choosing the opposing side and attacking Cmdrs doing the CG.

Weirdly, i just handed in roughtly 70k of Emperer Dawn bounties, but it got not counted towards the CG in Ch'i lin. Anyone expirienced the same?

Dumb quest, but were you on the right side in the conflict zone? You have to fighting against Emperor's Dawn.
