Powerplay Faction: Arissa Lavigny-Duval Empire allies

I am a currently ALD (and looking to stay this way), and would like to know of all of the Empire's current allies. This is basically so that I do not interdict and destroy any of these allies.

Arissa Lavigny-Duval, Aisling Duval, Denton Patreus and Zemina Torval are all Empire alligned leaders of powerplay factions. The diplomatic stance between these factions is friendly and they try to help each other out on several affairs. I'm alligned with Zemina Torval, but I guess this info can be considered canon.

Hostile NPCs are flagged as 'Enemy'.
But sometimes you get attacked by allied NPCs depending on the missions you accepted.

Regarding players (open Play):
Some do not care and try to claim bounties on your head even when you are a 'friend'.
You will get a bounty on your head if you undermine a hostile faction's system by destroying the related NPCs.

Basically, the in-game displays are poor at rendering meta-game inter-power relations.
