Empire conflict zone?

Has anyone come across any Empire conflict zones as of late?

Trying to get the final rank in the Imperial Navy, after countless missions and free goods supplied to the Empires cause by yours truly that last progression opportunity has not appeared. I've got this strange notion that a few stints in a conflict zone might push that final mission, but since the 1.1 update conflict zones seem few and far between. At least in my neck of the woods

I made it to Earl without ever having partaken in a warzone during the weekend it took me to get there from zero. A lot has changed since then, but I seriosuly doubt warzones play any role in it now.

Me too, but cant hurt to try. Did you do any combat based missions or did you mainly focus on trade?

I had the same feeling, been stuck at count for a little longer than expected, run out of stations and factions I am not allied with, was thinking the update may have altered things.

but there is some high intensity combat zones in the hitec system near laedle, can't remember the name but it's something beginning with "g" was there at 7pm testing the clipper and seeing what the new credit bonds were like, 2k for an eagle, 4k for cobra, 13k for a python and 14k for an anaconda, it was pretty wild in there more action than I have seen before.

and its empire vs independent which is great since you can work on rep at the same time.

I recently spent a lot of time in Conflict zones in the Empire without moving the needle. Switched back to running missions and moved from Baron to viscount yesterday. I don't see the CZ's being a factor.

I was thinking also of trying some mission in one of the permit unlocked systems like face...can't rember the spelling, see if that helps..
What ranks are there after count?

Just Earl (currently), Ive been running mission in Facece the last couple of days with no luck, which is why I wanted to try something different.

LHS 1110 has had a couple conflict zones going for several weeks now. I was there a few days ago and was still going strong. I don't recall the factions but certainly in an Empire system.

That's the one, been running a trade between three systems there at the moment, when I needed the non leathal weapons I would head for Gongalunga, that's when I kept passing the conflict zones, station there is not well equipped for weapons so you may want to stop off and pick some up on the way
i have heard that running the courier missions may help, I have not took one since I got my clipper and found out I could not land at an outpost, thinking of getting a python to try the theory. As soon as get Earl I'll be heading back to Federation space to finish off the rankings there, currently at lieutenant.
