Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval Empire & Federation missions for Aisling

Now I'm basically a delivery boy. I run delivery missions, data and goods.

Being a supporter of Aisling, i currently run my missions out of cubeo. The problem is My goal is to buy every ship, so I need to build a rep with the federation as well as the empire.

Does Aisling have any bases which offer both empire and federation missions; so I can use that as my base of operations and earn rep doing missions for both factions, not just the empire?

Sadly, there are no Imperial missions anywhere which can help Aisling. Our preferred government types are Communist, Confederacy and Co-operative; none of these factions can exist in the game with an Imperial allegiance. Yes, it's an odd design choice. Believe me, we know.

It may be possible to find some very specific cases where there are Imperial factions that need our support but they would be extremely few and far between.

If you want to grind Imperial rank without hurting Aisling then it'll be best to do it out of our space.

Oh well,
Guess I'll just work on all the ships apart from the fed ones, then (a long time from now) when I have them all I'll go off in the middle of fed terroritry, away from our area and work on fed rank.

A long way to go. I had about six ships, and 80 mil towards my next one on Xbox, but then I decided to switch back to PC, which I hadn't played since beta, so I only have four ships again.

Being a courier and cargo hauler for missions (empire ones for rank) is there any particular place that baseing myself in has any better or worst effect for Aisling? Currently I base myself in Cubeo so any missions are normally based within 100 Ly of there.
