Empire Mission Grind

Curious as to which Empire system is good to grind missions in to acquire rank. I'm not looking for exploits, 100+million credits an hour or anything goofy like that. Couldn't care less about all that. Just want an Imperial system with a boatload of Imperial factions so as to quickly grind up rank.

I did it at Mainani-Ngalinn a month ago. What you need is systems in a boom state (generally, some others can be useful too, but I didn't bother), and then it is to your liking just random crap or something good paired like these two. Thanks for the tip - i'll check it out. And yeah, I forgot about the boom states affecting the number of missions.

Good luck! I hope you did Fed ranking already. Empire is a breeze compared to that, even "random crap" like "just-play-the-game" devotees would suggest in Achenar and systems nearby felt better than the best Fed systems. I might add that Mainani-Ngalinn were even not that dependent on the boom state when I did my last runs there.

Did the Mainani-Ngalinn run last week and went from nothing to Duke in about 8h over 2-3d. I think one system was boom and the other was nothing.
