Does anyone know new spots for ranking up in the empire? All the old spots, like Shu Babassi and HIP 10716, have been rather empty for days now. I only have two more ranks to go for the cutter so I'm rather anxious to finish ranking xD

Farm some IMP rank . . .
:x After reading about the nerfing of the Ceos/Sothis doo-doo runs, on a whim I decided to try my hand at farming IMP rank. I already have plenty of FED rank so flew out to Aditi and within 5-10 minutes had picked up 20 REP++ and INF++ data delivery missions to the next system over. Keep in mind I was ranked Neutral at the time, had never even been in this part of space before. When I got to my destination there were 20 REP++ and INF++ missions waiting to go the other way.
Payouts might be down but if you are looking for anything else besides credits (i.e.: rank) now is the time. Aditi. :x

I been grinding HIP 10716, ranked up in half a day.. Doing those data runs still gives huge rep going back and forth.
until you reach mid-ranks that is. then it becomes ~1% or less per mission.
Any system with Imperial Missions. If the system you're in has "dried up" it's time to move on.
Yes, the progression does slow the higher your rank, as is almost always the case with any sort of leveling in any game.

On the FED side, by the time I reached Port Commander it was 1/4 of 1% per mission. 400 missions from Port commander to Rear Admiral, I suspect double that to Vice Admiral and double that for Admiral.
