Empire vs Slave rebels

I have seen videos an event of empire capital ships versus slave rebellion and it appears that you can not help the slaves as I have seen a capital ship kill a player in seconds. Are you not suppose to help the slaves? One video mentioned that in events you can help one of the factions but clearly in this battle you can only help the capital ships and quite frankly I am against slavery and would like to help the slaves. Will being able to fight capital ships be available eventually? whether its knocking out critical systems or flying a ship capable of fighting a capital ship.

Pretty sure they wouldnt put capital ships in if they didn't intend to let us cripple them - but presumably that will be a co-ordinated group effort.

Thats just my own speculation.

There's some videos of players helping to rout those capital ships. They are pretty dangerous, of course, but they CAN be beaten - though I'm not sure if they can be fragged at present.

The ships are there for the slaves' protection and benefit. The slaves are just hurting themselves in the long run, hopelessly misguided by Federal instigators.

If you speak about Empire Capital ships... they are very very easy to defeat .. I know that because it was my money source for some days. So unless Frontier made them a lot harder with the latest patch they should be no match for a player.
