So since we have Employee Sabotage in Jurassic World Evolution, I wonder what kind of employee sabotage will we have.
Does it mean some Dennis Nedry copycat, somebody destroying or stealing valuable property or someone trying to ruin
the reputation of the Park? I guess it would be all of those and maybe a few other possible types of sabotage.
If it's a Dennis Nedry copycat, I hope my Dilophosaurus eat the copycat.....

It will mostly be rogue elements of one of the three divisions (Science, Entertainment, Security) who feel that their division is being neglected.

I imagine it will be another reason for damage. Maybe also opening gates, turning off the power to fences. Wonder if there will be an 'employee happiness' metrics we can improve to make it less likely.

Yeah I heard of saboteurs being disgrunted members of your three division, but I wonder what actions will the
rogue members take in trying to sabotage the park.

Another way might be stealing the dna from a species.
Imagine, you just depleted a dig site to get that juicy T-Rex dna and it gets stolen, now that would be cruel.

Yeah, that would be cruel.... I guess the Saboteur would try sell the dna to a potential business rival.

You guys should check Evil Genius (2004), where you actually have to arrest/take down spies who land on your Island (with a parachute or boat) and try to steal plans inside your base.

This thing would be a total killer feature in JWE. They'd try to enter your lab or an enclosure to steal DNA, and you'd need to send the security jeep to arrest them.

That would be a nice feature that frontier could implement with some possible modifications
although that sounds more like the sabotage/spying of some rival company.

In the Muerta gameplay video from IGN they showed some rogue group from the entertainment division poisoning your Dinosaurs. Personally I find this whole sabotage thing to be silly but whatever. It adds another level of interest and challenge to the game. I would like to see it expanded though, if possible. Cause I find it hard to believe that your own employees would cause sabotage simply cause they got ignored. Nedry was doing it for money. In the movie they left out a lot of details. But in the book they made it pretty clear that Hammond and Ingen had screwed him. I don't remember all the details cause it was a minor part of the story. But basically Nedry ended up doing a lot of work he wasn't getting paid for. I think it was some kind of contract issue or something.

They wouldn't need to name a company, just call it a rival company.

simply complain or just quit. I would like it to be the work of a rival company but maybe the rogue group was paid by
a rival company? Idk.
