Engineers empty cargo racks now lower jump range ?

Did you checked that with newly-bought ship or your old ship? Because I've just checked my 720-ton Cutter, and it has the same jump range as in 2.0.

i havent checked my cutter yet, i was outfitting my anaconda, when i noticed jump range seems low, i installed a 256 cargo rack and the jump range went even lower, that is not normal. cargo racks have never affected jump range before.

Are you sure you just are not miss reading the wrong number? You could easily be reading the laden number.

He is right I just tested it. Remove cargo racks all 3 jump ranges (Min/Current/Max) go up. Install empty cargo rack, all 3 jump ranges go down.

This must be checked in action, instead of in upgrade bay. (I am on the edge of the galaxy near max jump range from the next star. It would be very inconvenient if my cargo racks suddenly took away my only route out of that system.)

Alright with Anaconda out the station the right UI says 19.34ly (19.76). In station at outfitting it says 18.63min 19.34 current and max. So it actually is fine, no weight added by empty cargo racks. What got me was that all the jump ranges change to red (go down) and blue(go up) but the actual numbers don't change beside the min (with cargo)
