Empty commodity market... suddenly happening to anyone else?

This morning my daughter was doing some missions for our faction, as demanded goods were aluminium, tantalum etc. she went back and forth from a nearby system but when she got there the last time the commodity market was suddenly showing zero supply on all of them (apart tritium). Market is a Refinery/Colony (Boom state with Infrastructure Failure).

There are some FCs in the system... may be they've bought everything?

Yeah - everyone with an IF is in the same situation. That's what they do....

Infrastructure Failure kills demand for all but a very small subset of goods, and kills supply for all but Tritium and Agronomic Treatment (which if you're not at a Refinery or High-Tech station, there won't be any supply of anyway). Rather more visible than the market effects most states have.
