o7 Commanders, One of my weekly tasks is to collect stuff from settlements to hand in to a Power Play contact. I'm pretty new to the on foot content but this seemed like a good opportunity to try it out. It took me a while to work out I needed to look for specific power play containers lol. But, I'm finding probably more than 50% of the time they are empty. Its quite frustrating since its taking me a while to sneak around, clone a profile without getting caught, sneak past guards, find the container.. only to find there's nothing in it. Not the most rewarding gameplay.. Am i doing something wrong? or are others finding the same?

Similar, yes - the ones I've tried so far have had two containers, one of which has been full of Powerplay items, and one of which has had one Powerplay item (or sometimes none) and the general bartender junk.

Same. Sometimes they are full, sometimes just a few items. 7/10 PP2.0 containers are empty. Really frustrating
From time to time, they are empty. But 50% of the time? That's unusual.
In my case, I would say it's more like 5-10%. And I earned about 50k merits from undermining last cycle, which included looting PP containers.

never had one empty yet but often just a single item,luck of the draw i say.
Those are empty enough of the times for me I don't bother unless I have a task to get items from them.
