Hi there, it will be nice if you would allow the possibility, for the community, to create subitles to your official videos on youtube (that is currently not allowed)
I'm not interested to create my own video or having an audience, instead I would instead prefer to add a localized subtitles to some of your official videos that I find pretty good for people who need some basic Information
