I'd love to be able to know exactly how large an enclosure is. Like if there was a holographic read out at the north most point of the fence detailing forest, grassland and wetland sizes inside the fence. Or even if a dev/mod could comment on what distance the single longest straight piece of fence is in game and can work it out from there.

The only way to check how much forest, grassland, etc. you have in an enclosure is to click on a dinosaur and check their comfort stats. You can also check their requirements in the Hammond Creation Lab when you bio-engineer them to get an idea of how much of something you need. Unfortunately it's not possible to check how big an enclosure is in m^2/square footage.
