These would be my chosen animals for a Endagered Species Animal Pack

• Ethiopian Wolf (EN) [Current Population: 197 mature individuals]
• Hirola (CR) [There are currently less than 500 hirola individuals in the world, with all occurring in the wild. There are no hirolas in captivity]
• Asiatic Cheetah (CR) [It is estimated that a population of between 70-100 individuals survives. Found only in Iran]
• Sumatran Rhinoceros (CR) [Fewer than 100 individuals are now estimated to remain in the wild]
• Yellow-tailed Woolly Monkey (CR) [The last estimated population count was less than 250 individuals]
• Somali Wild Donkey (CR) [The species numbers at best approximately 200 mature invidivuals in the wild]
• San Francisco Garter Snake (EN) [exhibit] [Some researchers estimate that there are only 1,000 to 2,000 adult snakes]
• Black-footed Ferret (EN) [300 estimated in the wild]

The majority of the last two packs being LC, with only two species being NT, is somewhat disappointing when looking at them as a package. I think an Endangered Species pack could help out a ton in this regard, but I'm not convinced that it would be too distinct from the Conservation Pack thematically or branding-wise.

Regardless, my list would be as follows:

• Cotton top tamarin (CR)
• Eastern black rhinoceros (CR)
• Addax (CR)
• Red wolf (CR)
• Radiated tortoise (CR)
• Visayan warty pig (CR), Somali wild donkey (CR), or blue-eyed black lemur (CR)
• Père David's deer (EW)
• Turquoise dwarf gecko (CR)

I think that even with a hard focus on critically endangered species, this manages to look like a reasonably functional pack. I think maybe pushing it as a Critically Endangered pack specifically might give it the needed oomph to set it apart from Conservation. Plus everything has a baseline solid captive presence. While this pack doesn't check off any of my personal top picks (aside from general monkey) I'd be ecstatic if we were able to spotlight these species. I mean, prior to some quick research for this list, I had no idea the cotton top tamarin was that bad off.
