Enemies not moving in Combat Zone

Anybody else getting this? They just stay where they're drop-shipped, shouting about 'closing on target' etc ;)

Only happens periodically, but kinda annoying when it does. (Although a good way to mess around with weapon behaviours and such I guess. And for playing skittles with grenades ;))

I'm wondering if it's something about the larger settlements, as I've only had it happen at large ones to date (Medium difficulty each time).

Yep

Made for quite an amusing alternative game mode the first time because I had to tactically clear them out like attacking a bunker.

Not so amusing if it keeps happening though.
 
Yeah, performance tanks so horribly, even the NPC's refuse to play it.

Performance ain't too bad for me on VR High preset to be honest. (Although obviously these bits aren't stereo rendered or anything :/)

It's more the dropship ride bugging me... long round trip if you rock up to a statue convention...
 
Happens. Go to another battlefield and hope it works. Try another system if possible.
The one we have for the CG worked for me yesterday, if that's any help.

Figured it must be kind of widespread, if occasional. Thought worth trying to herd everyone into confirming that bug report and getting it fixed ;)
 
It was rigged from the start. We never had a hope.

yep, noticed that too last night.
It was really pathetic, but at the same time my L6 was really enjoying tightly packed enemies that were holding under-stair meetings.
 
Were they stuck anywhere in particular?

Early on in the beta, NPCs could get stuck in a 'trench' that some settlements have; possibly due to higher gravity. (They couldn't easily walk out, and don't have jetpacks as Cmdrs do).

When it happened to me, they were rooted in place. Nowhere in particular. Just where they spawned, and no dropship. They just "respawn" there.

Yeah they all just stay immobile at their drop point. (Sometimes getting supplemented by fresh drops).

They can’t cap, and they can rarely shoot each other, so if you decide to grind the round out it takes a long old while…

In my case they were dropped properly, but they moved very little until they hit the settlement borders.

Most of them never made any real attempts to get in and capture any of the "Flags".
Think i had only a single capture by a single enemy that seemed to be rooted in that place.
