Enemy scan feedback

It would be nice, maybe near the heat signature bar, to show how far along an enemy scan has come along, and which ship is doing the scanning on the radar.

Or have a general indicator when someone has targeted you without an advanced scanner. NPCs and players alike.

And have the tone out of Top Gun to indicate target lock?

But not as a spoken warning since that might get a bit ridiculous of several players are cycling through targets or all looking for the newest arrival.
