Ship Builds & Load Outs Enforcer Cannon Opinions?

I'm strongly considering swapping my main ship from the current two FAS/FGS to a Viper Mk IV once the patch hits.

I prefer keeping Bursts or Pulses in my C2's (the greater use I get from them outweighs the hull penalty from kenetic C1's for me), so that means kenetic C1's. My Mk III currently mostly uses fixed cannons, but I sometimes pop in rails or multicannons.

I've been eyeing the Enforcer Cannon a lot recently. Never really participated in PowerPlay, so that would be a first. Before I slap 4 weeks into it though, I was hoping to get some opinions on it. How does it compare to C1 fixed cannons or multicannons?

They are a good middle ground between cannons and multis, and although you have to aim them (and low amounts of ammunition) they pack a great punch.

I'm a huge fan of the Viper mk3 but I find it difficult to land enough hits on targets with fixed weapons, the lower agility of the mk 4 would I believe make fixed weapons a bit of a non starter TBH

This is what I intend building when 1.5 drops

If you want to run fixed weapons like the enforcer the Asp scout would be my recommendation, it could do with another 20 m/s top speed but it's great ship in combat.

Thanks for the feedback! I was worried I wouldn't get anything.

I'm not concerned at all about the agility on the Mk IV. I hit plenty with fixed cannons on my Dropship and my Gunship, a faster projectile on a more agile ship won't be a problem. :)
