Engineers Engineer Bookmark?

Hi CMDR's o7.
I had 4 invites from Engineers when I updated game last night, but one of them (the Multi Cannons guy up on Wolf something...) had a weird looking bookmark (?) with a small arrow on the map, and also on the planetary map.

What does this mean? The icon is not in the Galmap legend.

It looks the same as a bookmark, and same colour but has tiny down arrow attached.

For me, that engineer had a personal player created blue bookmark as well as the usual engineer created one. I deleted the player one and it now looks like the others.

It can be seen here on the System Map, but oddly not on Galmap today or planet.

I'm not sure, but I think it means "bookmark on this planet." Try placing a bookmark on another settlement on another planet and see what happens.

That's a bookmark icon. I had a bookmark automatically added for Tod 'the Blaster', but not for any of the other 2 invites that I got for some reason. I think it's a bug.

I have the same bookmark for the invite while i am playing the non horizon client ..
OP, please report this as a bug.

Cheers chaps, yeah odd eh! Weird that its not in the symbols on the Legend.

CMDR Zhon: There you go! just tried bookmarking another planet settlement, and it shows up the same with arrow....it's obviously saying that we need to land because its planet-side i guess? :)

They obviously needed a way to let you know the difference between bookmarking a planet, and bookmarking a settlement/installation. A subtle, but nice feature.
Good to know about it. :)
