Is it 10 Cocktail Recopies OR 10 Culinary Recipes to unlock engineer Rosa Dayette int Colonia region?

Can it be 5 of each?

I can't believe how scarce they are! I've looked in every hab dataport I find and rarely find one or the other. Anyone have an strategies to find them reliably?

General note: If you expected something to happen and it didn't - RELOG. Easy to forget and often kicks things off. Couple of gotchas (I think) so far: Apex doesn't appear to count ... edit: Ack - it's the Colonia system again, not the Colonia area 🤦‍♂️ edit2: Nope - Apex in Colonia also...

It can be a mix of both types of recipes for 10 in total. If you are out in the Colonia region, I got most of the data material unlocks from a base belonging to the Nameless. It was called Carvalho or something. Its been a while.
