Engineered Cargo Racks

Effect 1)
Increase shielding. Increased scanning required to determine cargo contents.

Effect 2)
Increase durability. Reduced ability for limpets to steal cargo in those specific racks.

Small problem to be resolved: cmdr must have ablity to place items in desired cargo rack.

Both of these point would require a rewrite on how cargo is stored. A rewrite is necessary for this game to expand, but I am unsure if they are willing to put the time in to rebuild the code.

Despite that I support this idea.

Effect 1 also brings the question if you have most of the cargo in shielded rack and some of it isn't. I think the better solution is to have some size 1 or 2 module you add that increases all scanning time, or engineering experimental effect to thrusters that causes stray emissions to leak to scanning frequencies.

This itself might be considered "illegal" in high-security systems... but might be a viable mechanic...
