No but if not in the top 75%, you don't get a free one, you can get the module from a human tech broker, for the costs shown in AceMcKool's post above.

Hi Senoregg - does the CG still show in your Transactions tab on the left panel? Sometimes need to relog a few times to get the CG to show in Odyssey but should still show in Horizons?
There's typically an in-station delay in the update of the information. You can see an update if you exit and return to the station. However, if you look directly at the status of the CG on the mission board, that was usually success in showing current info.
Above tier 1 not at tier one... max tier was 5 so you only get x4 the discount...
Tier 1 was the release of the item at full price.
Tier 2-5 was the discounts applied for it, if it never reached tier 2 there would be zero discount...
As stated on page 1 of the topic the maths was allready done.

Yup. Either way, buy a bunch now cuz they may never be this cheap again (unless there's another CG for the same prize yet again, of course and people aren't bored of the same grind and reward).

I relogged, "Sorry, these are very many blueprints I need to load right now, come back later".
Came back an hour later, supposedly another shipment of blueprints had just arrived. I think she's avoiding me.
I had that happen to me - I tried several times, even left the game running on the "loading blueprints" screen for an hour or so with no luck. How does FDev manage to create such bugs? It's not as if the BP/Mat recipes are different dependending on the system you're in.
