Engineering Query

Hello all,

Going thru FSD engineering and just finished tier 2 and way to start tier 3.

I have the ingredients but tier 3 greyed out and only option for 'excperimental' which is also greyed out.

There is a red exclamation mark advising to 'craft modules.....and unlock this blueprint' ??

Do I have to travel back to the original engineer or any engineer??

You have to be level 3 with the engineer before you can do level 3 mods. I am assuming that is what your problem is, so yeah a trip back to the engineer will be in order.
