Engineers Engineering Software

When planning to do some engineering I'll write a list of everything I'll need to do whatever upgrade I want to do. I write down how much of everything I'll need then check what I have in stock and if I don't have enough of something I go get it. Is there a piece of software out there somewhere that I could use so I will not need to manually wight lists of engineering materials anymore?

Inara lets you list blueprints and how many times you want to "roll" for wash level. Also how many times you want to do this. Then it creates a missing components list.

There is also a nice program called EDEngineer. Takes a bit of figuring out but very powerful.

Both can tie into the PC version and I think EDEngineer should work for all as it pulls mat lists from the game.

Coriolis can generate a mat/data bill of material from a build although unlike Inara it doesn't display your available stored mat/dat (AFAIK), you'll EDMC set up to update Inara with your current inventory though.

EDDB is handy for locating ships and modules near your location at the lowest prices (Li Yong-Rui)

EDEngineer is what you want. It keeps track of all your mats and engineer unlocks etc

Build your ship in Coriolis and export your engineered build to EDEngineer. Then you can plan what you have and what you need for any given build. Really useful for focussed mat gathering etc
