Engineers failing to unlock since update?

Anyone else had problems since the update? On my Colonia alt account, I sold the culinary and cocktail recipes to Jacques station, and the engineer fails to unlock. Reported to frontier and provided the logs showing the sale...no response yet. Today on my bubble account, sold 10 opinion poles to bartender...and no engineer unlock. Reported to frontier and provided the logs on this one too. Yes I have relogged, restarted, and even verified game files through steam, both engineers are grayed out without option to show on map. Curious if this is some sort of bug with anyone else? It took a long time and alot of grinding to get these materials, hate to think my issue will not be addressed with frontier.

I have sold 25 data (10 Classic + 10 Multimedia + 5 Cat ), I have restarted the game several times, but it does not unlock the engineer. Why? :confused:

Kit Fowler never unlocked after selling 10 Opinion Polls like Update 6 said it would

So I finally collected all 10 opinion polls, I sold them to a bartender (yes i was referred to Kit Fowler) ,. But after selling the polls I didn't get an email, nor the unlock. no indication of how many were sold etc.. just still says sell 10 and I just did, and now I have 0 left. No where...

Yep, update 11 appears to have caused these issues.
Probably related to the changes made to bartender to allow commanders selling on Fleet Carriers?

Yep, after I was introduced to Oden Geiger I sold 20 Biological Samples (not all in one transaction though) but it hasn't unlocked the engineer.

From what I've been told by support it's it's an issue with any Engineer that requires selling items to bartenders, so yes, Odyssey engineers.
Whether it impacts all odyssey engineers and commanders is something only Frontier will know (eventually).

This is an obvious problem for Odyssey engineers. In the Colony, it was easy to open before the update. I couldn't open YARDEN BOND more than 10 hours ago and even sold the necessary plans twice. As a result, I unsubscribed to support and it was fixed. Less than an hour ago I tried to open WELLINGTON BECK and ODEN GEIGER, but silence after all the re-entries. I am writing again FD.

I finally unlocked Oden Geiger on my main account - or so I thought. No word on the trade working, so I flew to his 9 C planet to see if it would invite me by the time I landed, but his whole settlement was gone.

Kit Fowler didn't unlock for me after selling 10 Opinion Polls to a bartender, and multiple relogs (also had the invitation Domino Green)

Had to submit a support ticket and they fixed it for me manually.

Is there anyone successfully unlocking engineers at the moment via selling stuff to bartenders? (after Update 11)

With referral from Terra Velasquez in hand, I sold yesterday in excess of the required materials for Oden Geiger. No invitation, even after a relog and a few system jumps. I have written to Support asking for either an unlock or my trades reversed.

I've unlocked Yi Shen since update 11, but that involved giving stuff to other Engineers for the referrals - not to bartenders.

Yes, with two Odyssey accounts, I am having issues with giving upgrade material. The buttton is there but just does not work. It seems to be a part of update 11.

Last week I visited Colonia (after update 11) and opened all 4 on-foot engineers, but every time it needed relog to receive invitation. I also noticed this problem with
giving materials to engineer - button worked only from keyboard, not with mouse commands.
