Engineers Ships Engineers no longer sell their PP weapons if you sell them a PP weapon, until you redock. Fix please?

I've been to two different engineers and it's happened twice their power play modules are for sale until you sell them one of those power play modules let's say for example even if you have one on your fleet carrier not if you have one on your ship that you've brought down to the engineer you sell it from whether the ship or the fleet carrier once you've sold it that engineer no longer has the power play weapons visible for sale. I think this is a bug that needs to be resolved as ideally we want to be able to sell a power play weapon then if we change our mind buy a power play weapon and more power play weapons back please fix
