Enhancing fleet carrier tritium service

One year I have my FC and I am really happy, but something suck with the tritium management. We pay a guy to manage the tritium but....he can't put the tritium in stock to the tritium tank. No, we are obliged to go in the fleet, take a ship with a cargo hold and transfer the tritium inside to refuel our fleet carrier...seriously ? I am an explorer and when I travel very far, I think it's very disappointed to back in the fleet to refuel it. Why cannot I order to transfer in distance ? Last time, my squad-mate has bought my tritium in stock in my fleet to refuel it cause I was to far away and I should move the FC to help my squadron.

Nope, not really.
The guy is doing their jobs - they take tritium from whoever donates it and fill the tank with it.
Once the tank is filled, they can take the day off :)

Yeap, it's an intended design choice to keep you (or someone else) tied to the carrier so it's not like a bot roaming the galaxy on its own

Well, the carrier has its perks. But its flaws too.
IF you cannot deal with the flaws, dont drag a carrier along.

Hum oki, You have a big ship with some fuel in stock in your cargo hold. Your crew will told you "Hey Captain, come back, we need you refull the tank". It's tottaly stupid. In distance we can order to put the merchandises in stock into the market, we can move our fleet without to be inboard, but we can't order the crew "Take the fuel in stock and put it in the tank fuel".

Take my FC in exploration and farming tritium don't bother me. But have 20 000 unity of tritium in stock and return into the fleet just to refuel it I think it's totally stupid.

The time I lost to back in my FC to refuel it, I could spend it to scan system in waiting.

Keep your carrier close...

if you can read this you're too close to paraphrase:
IF you waste too much time to refill your tritium depot, your carrier is too far

Just one of those weird design choices. Pick up a cheap alt account, transfer some credits across using your carrier, purchase a stock T9 and equip with 780+ tonne capacity, keep it docked at your exploration carrier. I use my PS4 to remote refuel my PC carrier.

Another advantage to having an alt is you can have a second carrier in the bubble, use it to buy and store cheap fuel or take advantage of any high-profit CG's or bulk trade routes, save your main carrier for exploration. Alt accounts are cheap.
