There is a certain subtle and almost intangible excitement within the game tonight, simply because it's day one, people are in and enjoying it, and the servers are solid. Just for that fact alone my enjoyment has went up a notch.

Do you find the Adder's cargo Scoop to be not working properly? In mine ore bounces off even when aligned properly. I've ticketed it but haven't heard back.

Thanks... I did a lot of mining in the cobra, and never had any problems, seems something's off with the Adder scoop. It seems to me when it's all lined up in the scoop it should just get picked up, for me it bounces off the hull a lot of the time...

I just bought the Adder before shutting down for the night (had an early appointment and riding a motorbike through town half-asleep is a bad idea) so I've not tried mining yet - that'll be this evening.

I'll let you know how I get on with scooping.

Ive had zero issues as well. From the first time after i upgraded (16th) and onwards there hasnt been a single DC or hiccup for me.

I've been here since Alpha and loved the entire process. I must admit I thought day 1 may go a little wrong (but I didn't sell my FD shares!) especially when gamma 1.05 was pushed out. Well done on a sterling job. I am really enjoying just exploring, and picking up a few missions on my travels and picking up some bountys on the way.

Really enjoying the game (especially with a DK2 on!)

That right there is the beauty of procedural based games. Even the devs get to properly enjoy their creation.

Good to hear. What is even better, if you are playing the game you are hopefully seeing the same issues that we are ticketing. Excited to see the changelog for 1.01!

I do. There must be something sticking out right next to it, once about every ten scoops, the rocks will hit the ship even when aligned right down the middle.
