Enrichment Issue?

Has anyone else noticed animals getting tired of enrichment items very quickly? I feel like I have to switch out my enrichment items for each of my enclosures pretty much one after another to keep my animals happy and breeding. My Japanese Macaques stopped breeding suddenly and I couldn’t figure out why until I changed the enrichment items and boom, they are breeding again.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

When I don't have the game paused it does seem to happen pretty fast. I don't swap things out until they get to the red frowny face for them. Most critters are at 100% enrichment with just 2 or 3 toys even at the yellow face, as long as there is enough enrichment feeders in the enclosure to satisfy that requirement. Primates and bears are an exception...they need more toys.
