Is there a list of buildings and attractions that will be avaliable to put in the park. I talking things like viewing platforms, food venues, rides, petting zoo (like in the movie), toilets etc.

There’s a list on the JWE wikia but it’s not 100% since I don’t see any toy shop on it. Restrooms probably won’t be in the game unfortunately.
