Entrance Fee / Pay per Ride

I know in previous RCT games, you would either have to choose "entrance fee" or "pay per ride" to charge guests. After the scenario was created there was no way to change the option. I think that would be good to allow the players to change this option whenever they'd like or even allow them to use both at the same time. (Even Disneyland had both a park entrance fee and par per ride when it first opened).

What do all of you think about this idea?

Or, not even do Pay-per-ride anyways.

Even though it may be more unrealistic, I do love being able to use pay-per-ride. I know it makes the game easier, but when your guests can stay as long as they want it sometimes helps to make money. That's why I was advocating for options to choose which ones you want (except for in scenarios of course)

I think both should be an option.
It's indeed easy to do pay-per-ride. Especially when like in the old RCT's the guests did not come in that fast and stayed very long.
I myself prefer free rides and make lots of money with entrance fee and most of all shops and stalls. I got some pretty cunning idea's how to make the most of that. Counting on the intelligence of the guests.
I do think that if you do free rides with an entrance fee that guests whould leave the park a bit sooner and new guests should come in a bit quicker. To make it a bit more realistic.
But definately free rides. That would be my choice. I've never really been in a theme park where you pay for each ride. Except for a carnaval/fair but they are only a few days/weeks in the summer and not a real build park.

I think there should be an option for pay per ride, as I know of a couple of parks in the UK that do this. It is quite a good format for a park as guests who do not want to ride (such as parents) do not have to pay. They have wristband systems and individual tickets. It would be great if we could the payment process later in a scenario.[happy]

I would kinda prefer only having an entrance price then all rides free, like in real parks. I just hope we can charge reasonable prices for entrance like $50-$100.
