Newcomer / Intro Epic Games gone weird?

Anyone know what is up with Epic?

A short while ago all my Arx disappeared, and now this when I rebooted and relogged:

The launcher has started doing this, even though I've been playing for a combined total of 19 weeks:

Seems something went weird on Epic Games... I have kids protesting they can't redeem their vbucks gift cards!

It's likely the result of their Christmas freebies - it did it to me the other day and then "fixed" itself. It's been doing it again tonight and has only just cleared.

No action needed, just keep trying.
