Calling all CMDRs.

A few us of are rallying together to bring a strike force into position to deal with the prep forces of the Federation that are staged near the I Bootis B and C twins.

So far, we've the following commanders who have voiced their interest in making this assault happen.

What kind of hardware is massing out there. I'm currently flying a Type 6 (with twin cannons) so my combat power is very low. The outfitting bug stops me from changing ships too.

You won't do too good in a T6, if I remember correctly. T9s, Condas, and the standard federal fighters. You could buy a viper or a cobra, though, and re sell it after the skirmish. You should not lose too much money doing so.

Isn't this instance inside an unidentified signal source? Not a nav beacon right? How do you propose to be in the same USS together? :)

I'd be happy to swap to a Cobra, but since the outfitting seems cmpletely stuck there may be no point. If I'm free at the time, I'll show up to watch and offer moral support.

I'm far, far away in H Draconis at the moment, but then I was planning to make my way in to the core systems tonight anyway. I might pop in and have a little look! I'm flying a Viper.

well, usually switching to another ship temporarily is exactly what fixes the problem (also temporarily...most likely you will run into it again later on)
