Error code 0x80070005 on installation

Hi all (note have duplicated this from original thread since wasn't sure where it should go)

finally got back on the internet after a week of being off it, and managed to upgrade to premium Beta. Yeah.

But having downloaded and tried to install I have had a number of problems getting past the unable to connect to server error.

1. So I made my D drive defaul, small SSD C drive and all that.
2. Got the error code:
"IPersistFile :: Savefailed; code 0x80070005
Access is denied"

On installation three times. But it managed to go on then got up window and after typing in details it didn't want to connect, got the "Unexpected response from the server..." error.

Got no news and when I went back into my account nothing on a new launcher or installer other than the one I downloaded which has the version number: 0.2.881.0

Has anyone else had this error, does anyone know a work around and despite doing a search, can anyone tell me to whom I feed this back to sort out the store site faq doesn't even list the error I'm getting and has no email for technical support?

Find the location where you're trying to install to (D:\frontier\elite or what ever it is)
right click
Properties
Security tab
edit and make sure you have full access
click OK
click advanced
make sure you have full access to the folder and all sub folders
make sure you're the owner of the folder.
