Escape

I tried to get this on issue tracker but it says an error has occurred, what I’m trying to report is my Tasmanian Devils are escaping I set up a fence with the small barrier gate and they just jump right out I meet the barrier requirements yet they still escaped I don’t understand why? Can someone please report this on issue tracker.

Maybe they can jump over the small fence?

If they jump out I would make the fence taller.

It’s not so much that they are jumping out it’s the like the game picks them up and puts them out I mean there walking along minding their own business and then some happens like a glitch in the game and they just get right out of the habitat.

Did you check the traversable area map? (where all the area animals can go is colored blue). If there are no red icons then it is indeed a glitch. If there are red icons you have to adjust those pieces of fence.

Yes I checked all that and they still escaped

Sometimes if you place an enrichment item close to the barrier the animals walk through the barriers when they use the enrichment item. Check if you have any enrichment item very close to the barriers and move it further away.
