Escaping tigers

Does anyone have any idea why the tigers are able to escape? There is a null barrier beyond the glass and concrete.

Weird. Is that steel mesh along one barrier edge? Did you make sure to make it unclimbable? (I always forget to do this lol).

It's a little hard to tell from the screenshot, any chance they could climb one of those trees and jump over the wall? Haven't played with tigers yet so I don't know what there jumping ability is (or if they even can jump from tree in this game)

I’m pretty sure it’s a bug. I’ll use the plaster wall decor pieces for big cats and bears. Sometimes apes and lemurs too and especially after continuing my saved zoo they’ll escape. Haven’t really figured out where or why as I’m usually building a different part of my zoo but it does get annoying.

The mesh is along part of it but that part seems secure - there is a girder along the base which seems to sort it. The trees don't seem to impact it.

This shows where the weak spots are. No idea why.

Are those pieces made of wood? What about that canopy? Even if they are on the other side of the wall, if they are climbable pieces they have priority over any other object for climbing animals: they can use them to climb and therefore clip through the wall. I had a similar problem with tigers too.

That seems to be a climbable log. If one of its edges reaches the wall, even if slightly, it allows the tiger to go through it.

Thanks, it was the log that you pointed out. The bamboo pieces on the other side of the wall are actually fine but I know from experience that with some other walls they allow the animals to escape. My pandas ended up on the roof that way.
