So if you'r hunting for ELW, your best bet is to filter A-classes, as they are 2.63 times more likely to have an ELW than a K-class, where F-class comes closely as second with 2.59.So just filter F and A on your route planner and you're set
Quick edit: OFC we can just add here total number of those stars as main stars in EDSM and get even more precise picture, but still it will be not 100% precise, as real distribution might be different of what people visit.
Class | % of galaxy stars | % of earthlikes | Rate of probability | Rate of probability (normalized per K-class) |
F (White) Star | 9,24% | 30,56% | 3,31 | 2,59 |
K (Yellow-Orange) | 19,25% | 24,6% | 1,28 | 1,00 |
G (White-Yellow) | 6,93% | 16,6% | 2,40 | 1,87 |
A (Blue-White) | 4,62% | 15,5% | 3,35 | 2,63 |
Neutron Star | 3,08% | 5,73% | 1,86 | 1,46 |
