ETA C3 gimbaled multi-cannons and C3 missile pods?

I bought an Anaconda a few weeks ago then realised I couldn't equip it the way I wanted too. No gimbaled C3 multi-cannons in game yet and no C3 missiles. I ended up selling it again and went back to the Python. I am assuming they are going to be included. If so when?

It's possible that they are not intended to be in. There are gaps for the burst laser in Class 2 - it may be intended that cannon are the to-go option for kinetics in that class.
