If you've never seen this movie, see it. Then go land on Europa and
see if you get that eerie feeling that something is lurking under the ice. I hope they add things like this eventually in the game.
Aside from that, it's a pretty good movie, it has that more realistic space movie feeling.

Saw the movie when it came out on Pay TV here in Australia. Quite enjoyed it, and yes I went out there and had a looksee myself.

I thought it just followed the "kill them off one by one" template that's been the standard for all the group of people in spaceship type films that have come out since alien

I saw this movie on Amazon, though now it isn't available streamed any more.

It was a good movie, though the impression I got of the theme was that dogged determination over-rules common sense. It had elements of the Alien If that film demonstrated anything is it that sequels, (and cheap remakes) are never a good idea.

The acting was quite good, though the characters a bit obvious. Some were so neurotic I wouldn't share a train journey with them, let alone a mission to deep space.

The concept is made for gaming in my opinion. Take out the (human) characters and any make it an assignment in its own right.

It's probably worth seeing. The production is more interesting than the story or characters.

If it's available on TV or somewhere you don't have to pay. But buying the DVD seems a bit pointless.

It was an average film, at best, mainly because of the stupidity of the script (the writers had no idea how space missions work) and predictable plot.

If I saw a flashing light on an Alien Planet outside my ship I certainly wouldn't go and investigate it!
