Evacuation suggestions

I have been taking part in the evacuation of "The Oracle" station. While it is very intense there are a couple of things I would suggest that could help these proceed more smoothly and quickly. The first two are a new type of passenger cabin and a way to use available cargo space, while the third is a way to make the turnaround at both ends quicker.

The first idea is a "Dormitory" style cabin. A Player would outfit the rest of the ship as they saw fit, but leave any remaining optional internal slots empty. Within the "Passenger Cabins" menu in outfitting would be the "Dormitory" option. When this option was selected ALL of the unoccupied internal slots would then become a single dormitory (think village hall usage when an area has become flooded, for example). This "Dormitory" would be capable of handling the same number of passengers as tonnes if cargo racks had been installed (so 32 passengers if a 32T rack could be fitted). These dormitories would not be luxurious, but (it is hoped) they would not be necessary for a long voyage. There would be sleeping and baggage storage areas as well as eating and hygiene facilities.

The second idea is to make use of "Occupied Escape Pods". A vessel has docked with available cargo space (regardless of whether they also have passenger cabins). In the Missions menu is the option to fill up the cargo area with occupied escape pods. This will allow more refugees to escape from the disaster area. (I came up with this idea when I found that the largest cabin I could fit to my Anaconda was a size 6, while it has a size 7 internal slot, currently occupied with a cargo rack).

The third idea is for a faster turnaround. Currently you have to select each passenger load-out individually, and make your way down each of the local factions to collect more passengers. Would it not be far better for all of the factions to co-operate, so that when a vessel with passenger cabins available were to dock it would only take one click for a full complement of refugees to be taken on board. It would be simple for the extra rewards (commodities and materials) to be standardized, so for every 10 passengers the Player would receive a standard amount of commodities/materials (the Player might well be given a choice as to which commodities/materials they would prefer to receive). When disembarking the passengers it would also only take one click (although if idea 2 was also used the Player would have to offload the occupied escape pods first to make space for any commodities they would receive from the passenger run).

Would like to see passenger cabin restrictions lifted during emergency situations.
Having unused seats is just farcical.
