Evenly Space out Block Brakes?

I'm big on having high capacity, efficient rollercoasters. For this I use block brakes in every one of my rollercoasters. But, at least for me, to get the block brakes spaced out just right takes alot of trial and error, so that no train has to stop at the block brakes.

Does anyone have some methods, tips or a general guideline to follow when spacing out block brakes?

Thanks!

Yeah, they are.
The timing principles are the same though. Unless your lift hill takes longer than peep loading time.
