Ever wondered if the Thargoids have their own Engineers?

The story so far.

Thargoids have decided to return to human space or so we call it.... they start to scan Human ships etc... Humanity responds by getting all salty smashing Barnacle sites, doing a bit of B&E in Thargoid Installations and developing weapons to attack the Thargoids and eventually kills a few Thargoid Ships.

Naughty, naughty Humans...

News gets back to the Thargoid High Command.

Do they continue to scan and scoop or...... Decide to combat the Human threat with improved weapons, armour and great big pointy sticks of doom etc...

But why are all the ships in the NHUSSs Imperial? There's something hidden in the back story that we aren't seeing.

Additional. Thargoids ships have hearts, and regenerate. They don't need engineers. The need surgeons

They're not. The ones we jumped in on the stream last night were Fed ships.
