It takes work and a lot of effort, but it is possible!
Very nice but feeders must be a pain in the butt to refill seeing how many there are in that park.
Logistically it's a bit of a nightmare now. You critically need two ranger stations at this size, you simply cant have less than 6 ranger teams, and while the feeders do run out more than I'd like, my biggest gripe is animal life span, you quickly realise how stupidly often they die, even with genome tweaks. Certainly something I hope is addressed at some point.
Well done fitting everything in. It looks a bit too zoo-like for my tastes, but gameplay-wise it's quite an accomplishment.
Lots of hope for that, rangers need some sort of automation schedule for feeders. Illnesses I can understand having to manually order rangers to do or fixing outages, repair buildings and what not. As for lifespans... that's an absolute nightmare as well with how little space there is on the sandbox map to put hatcheries/incubation labs. Some species of dino's take over 5 minutes to incubate without speed upgrades which I don't use when I make my parks.

I'm still working on Isla Tacaño (c.4.5*) and Isla Pena (c. 4*) - I've barely done anything (except place research and fossil) on Isla Sorna - still a way to go before I take time out to go wild on Isla Nublar.

They die way too quickly. I also don't care for that. I think the idea was that having them die quickly meant you would have to constantly make new ones which would eat away your money. But it's pretty easy to far money in this game so it's kind of pointless.
Nice job... I managed to get all the herbivores on Isla muerta, but not enough room for the carnivores. I know what a pain it was getting all the herbivores I can only imagine what it was like with both.
