Not surprised at all....My motivation to help with issues using the frontier issue tracker has hit absolute zero, and I feel I've wasted my time tediously submitting everything that I have, using my own spare time and passion for this game to try and help it heal.
And then they're never looked at again? Vanished into the digital ether of unjust doom? This is incredibly insulting after I put so much care, time and attention into bug checking, and a further kick in the teeth for good measure considering the unfinished product we were sold. This seems to be a trend with dev issue trackers in all industries. I deal with it all the time with my company. Same thing. Too many items get on the list, they don't get addressed in time, and there is some sort of timer that says...."Hey, this is inactive....close it out".
and dont forget that one single user can only "vote" on 5 issues at the same time... ive given up with reporting anything, i just post it in the forums with pics.So we're all supposed to be viewing the issue tracker daily and checking each submission, trying to reproduce it in game, and then adding to each report before they each expire? And then Frontier will consider looking into it. Otherwise, each issue we post will be ignored without 3 other people doing this?
