I've been doing passenger (rich tourist) missions for a local Pirate faction to build up their rep inf and they are elated now. It's a quiet system & I'm pretty sure no one else is helping them.

I wonder how elated they will be once they realise I'm only doing it so I can start a war & take their stuff
