Excellent FD Customer services

Now there's a thread title you don't often see amongst all the whingers and nay sayers. I suffered from the random explody bug and ticketed it. It took a few weeks as we all know these chaps are busy with ongoing issues and having to filter between the facts and the immature sensationalism ( I'm leaving, I want my money back, this isn't as good as a game that won't be out for two years etc). I got a message telling me the ticket was closed as the solution had been sorted in the latest patch. I was told to re-ticket for my losses to be recompensed, and within minutes they were. TOP DRAW SERVICE. Mike in customer services if you play this game I promise not to smoke your azz as a sign of respect.

I love this game, have loved it for 30 years. Wings is out soon and then we shall see some proper awesomeness. I'm gonna crack a cold one right now and toast FD and Elite.

I just read a whole other thread of people not reimbursed for the explosion bug from months ago. Very glad you got your money so quick..but still a little on the fence about how good the customer service is.

Personally I haven't had any issues yet so I won't pass judgement. It does appear FD is improving in patching and support..and I hope that's true.
