I must be going senile, Been looking for the last two days to find this item by scanning wakes outside starports, but for a supposed common item, it appears to lately, be as rare as hen's teeth. Have you experienced the same problem.

That's because you get it from ship scanning, not wakes.

Or just stop by a material trader (data broker) to trade for them, which is much easier.
