Exclusive animal family zoos: do you make any

Hey everybody today I wanted to talk about zoos that are specific to one animal family and some exceptions.
Here’s a rundown of mine: Castle De Canine zoo exclusively canids. Beerus feline preserve a feline exclusive with the exception of hyenas. Fortress of the bear an Ursine zoo with exceptions such as binturongs, red pandas and pinnipeds. Herpetology Haven a reptile exclusive zoo. Working title primate exclusive zoo.

My reptile zoo has more animals than the others, the zoo has a good rating, in the end with all my staff and maintenance cost the zoo makes very little profit even with the new tortoises.
I would like to make an all bird zoo but I don’t know if guests will like it.

My question to all of you, do you have any exclusive zoos? Do you add some exception animals? And do you know of any in real life?
I know there’s reptile exclusive zoos in the world, the National aviary in Pittsburgh is bird only and I believe I’ve heard of big cat rescues.

I‘ve heard about an ungulate-only breeding program in California called the B. Bryan Preserve

Not exactly but I do have a Orangutan Breeding Center (with Proboscis Monkeys living in the Swamp outside of it and a new Addition named Borneo at Night, which houses Binturongs), a Dingo Breeding Center, a Wolf Park (also includes Dingos though) and a antarctic Research Station which I'm always rebuilding when we get a Update for the antarctic Map (still waiting for the Option to make a proper Coast Map)

I live near Avifauna in the Netherlands which is an all bird zoo. Last years they have added some small mammals. I still would like to do an all bird zoo in Planet Zoo but I'm kinda holding it off because I feel like there might be more birds coming and I wanna plan the zoo with a good gameplan :p.

I’d like to get a bird zoo started as well. I could make some false aviaries to make up for space.
The national aviary in Pittsburgh has sloths being the non bird exception.
Reasons I picked some exceptions are due to closely related. Hyenas have a closer ancestor to felines so I included hyenas in my feline zoo.
Pinnipeds are closer related to Ursine so they got to join my bear zoo. Binturongs are called the bear cats so I made an exception. Red pandas may be their own thing but I decided since I added giant pandas then maybe they can be included.

I sometimes create a breeding zoo where I just have a multiple breeding groups of the same animal. But I don't expect to make money from it as the guests complain about how small the zoo is and how they've already seen the animal rofl, and I usually end up bringing them back to the relevant alphabet zoo when I spend most of my time at the moment and closing the zoo down.
I have a few more ideas that I may have to hit into once the servers are running consistently well as my franchise storage is almost always full.

Other than bird and reptile only zoos, maybe other exclusive types don’t work in real life?
Perhaps guests won’t want to see just felines?
In real life maybe you need to have a functioning zoo in order to begin the necessary steps to getting great apes or big cats?

I haven't yet, but I will down the line, to use every animal in game at least once. It's rather down on my list of the zoos I want to make, bur first family zoo is an antilope zoo. There is no way I will use all antilopes otherwise.

Yep, that was my idea that created my Alphabet Zoos.

Never made one, wont make one in the future, sounds extremly boring and repetetive.
You can make the best big cat only zoo, but even just adding one other animal for each big cat would make the zoo 10 times more interesting and fun to build
