If I recall correctly there's a know bug at the moment that is allowing some stations to sell things they consider illegal.
You could try contacting support and asking nicely for a credit refund if you've paid it, or the fine to be wiped out otherwise.
If it's due to a bug they might sort you out.
Of course you must understand I'm not promising they will, that's support's decision not that of a lowly volunteer, I'm just outlining the best course of action for you.
