I’m on my way back from Beagle Point to the bubble. I went straight to the "outblack" (beagle point) and became a multi-billionaire on the way, though unfortunately, it's not real money! As I head back to the bubble, I'm looking for some rare and valuable bio specimens to scan. Do you have any suggestions for the best route back, keeping that in mind? Bio Specimens to scan. Any suggestion as to the best route back with that in mind?

Depends on what you define as "best" for yourself. Many just chase credits. Real explorers seek to complete their Codex and also like great photo shoots. Canonn has on its website the most comprehensive database of species found so far, in which regions they were found, and under which star classes and planetary conditions. You can use software like Elite Observatory with the BioInsights plugin to make it easier to find what you're looking for instead of having to eyeball every single body's info panel in the system map. If you're asking for specific routes others have taken, you would be depriving yourself of many new discoveries. Beagle Point is kind of a rite of passage, but if you went there in a straight line, many others have travelled the same route already. Or if you enjoy company, another possibility is to look on EDSM for an expedition trek you could hop on. You don't always have to start at their launch coordinates, and Beagle Point is a popular destination for them. The teams I've been with so far all welcomed late joiners. Often they even offer to travel along on fleet carriers accompanying them, if you get tired or real life demands your attention. Good luck!
This is bugged for me - been on a Planet for hours driving around, been back into orbit and down again 3 times now. Original scan said 5 biologicals. I picked one from the filter ( not the bacterial! ) fly down to the 'teal' area, but all I can find is Tussocks(also not what I selected in the filter), which I've scanned and collected, but I can't find anything else! ('PRU EUQ JD-J D9-3 4A) if anyone else is in the area.
When I get this sort of issue I start looking for areas that are clear on the Tussock scan but have something else showing and search there.
If the problem persists long enough to make me think of complaining I go to a different planet.
You will find tussock bacteria and some other species in flat areas of the planet. As you move towards more rocky yet still relatively flat regions, you'll discover different species, such as Ossus plants. Higher up in the mountain terrain, you'll find organisms like Frutexa and Fungoida, which can be difficult to spot but are present. It's best to fly low or perform tight turns in circles at low altitude to see them. It takes practice, but the rewards for achieving a first foot landing are significant; I've made 6 billion from it, although it's a 2-month excursion. Keep at it! Cmdr

What I do (your mileage may vary):
Fly to locate the organism, then drive around to collect scans. Bacteria especially are much easier to spot from the air, and airborne, you can cover more ground.
Fly inverted at low speed and low elevation, looking "up" at the ground unobstructed. Leave the planet and come back if an area isn't working
When you can't find it on flat ground, look on high ground, and vice versa.
When you can't find it with the naked eye, try night vision, and vice versa.
When you can't find it on the daylight side, check the night side, and vice versa.
When I can't find a fungoid, it's almost always on hilltops in rough terrain in the dark.
Osseus Spiralis are horrible for spawning everywhere (according to the heat map) on planets that have very few rocky areas for them to actually spawn in and so can be very difficult to locate for very little payout.
Bacteria, obviously, are just difficult if they are the same color as the terrain. Night vision sometimes helps with this.
