I just started to do the Billionaires Boulevard.

I'm using Elite Discovery to assist as I go from location to location. I usually see Tussock Virgam, Tubus Compagibus, Clypeus Margaritus and Tussock Triticum but that's about it. Looking at Elite Discovery I see there are more species on the planet but I can't find them. I've gone from the dark side to the side that has light and have flown around a lot but no joy.

Is there a trick to finding other species?

You need to use Surface Scanner in SC and switch between all species that grow on the surface. Switch to the one you want to locate and you will see general area where they might be, colored in blue. Then you just need to learn where exactly certain species like to grow. Some prefer patches of rocky terrain, others live only in higher altitudes, some others you will find mostly on the bottom of cravasses etc.
